The Headdress Ball Event Rundown:
Thank you for your support of the 24th Annual Headdress Ball which will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Hilton Orlando. Below is important event information regarding your tickets, please share with your guests.
5:15pm – 7:00pm REGISTRATION: Registration is located at the bottom of the escalator. If you have not submitted your guest list, please email it to email@example.com. Your guest list should include your guests first and last names, cell phone number, and email.
BIDPAL: This year we will once again be using a BidPal for the Silent Auction, make a donation, and to purchase Smash Hits tickets. This year is different from last year because instead of a handheld it will be a link to your browser on your smart phone. Bidding will be easier and you won’t have to carry an extra item around with you. However, it is imperative that you get your guests phone numbers and email addresses. If you don’t get them to us beforehand it will take longer for your guests to go through registration.
Follow the link to start bidding on Silent Auction items, make a donation online, or purchase Smash Hits tickets to see Elton John. http://bidpal.net/2013headdress

At the Hilton Orlando off International Drive
Headdress Ball is Orlando´s most outrageous black tie event. It is a who´s who extravaganza filled with lively entertainment, sumptuous food and libations and a contest the likes of which you have never seen before. It is hard to believe that this year is our 24th annual Headdress Ball. This event has evolved from a small floral competition to a full on Las Vegas style show and production. In addition to the dinner, awards and live auction there is a FULL Las Vegas style show and Headdress Competition. Local businesses create headpieces and costumes up to 13 ft tall out of the most outrageous materials with creative and sometimes risqué designs. The Headdresses are always sure to wow and delight guests. Please read our history to see the story behind the event!
Call for Volunteers
We have reached our goal of 125 volunteers! We are no longer accepting volunteer applications. Thank you everyone for your help and support.
Headdress Ball History
Hope and Help Center of Central Florida Inc.
Established in 1988, the mission of the Hope and Help Center of Central Florida is simple: to save lives by treating and preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS in Central Florida. The Hope and Help Center offers medical case management, testing, counseling, peer support, education and community outreach programs, including a food pantry. By supporting the Headdress Ball you assist the Hope and Help Center in fulfilling this very import role in your community. Headdress Ball is Hope and
Help´s largest fundraiser of the year raising over 3 million dollars for the Central Florida AIDS service organization since its inception 24 years ago. We are proud to say that 90 cents on every dollar raised goes directly to client services at Hope and Help.
